Through its website, Daxel gives users the opportunity to choose services that are the best suited to their needs. A “User” is defined as being any individual browsing on www.daxel.ca.
Service Offer
Daxel gives users the opportunity to take professional training courses. These courses vary in length, format, location and cost. Daxel’s courses can be public or private, and delivered in person or online. The course schedules are in the Eastern time zone, and the prices are in Canadian dollars.
Course Registration
Users may register for a course until 24 hours before it is set to be delivered, provided that the maximum number of attendees has not been reached.
All registrations will be confirmed by email within 5 minutes of the online payment. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this timeframe, please contact us.
Rates
The rates displayed on the site are for public courses. For customized or private training, rates shall be provided following an evaluation of your request.
Public servants have preferential rates they can apply when purchasing courses online. If, when registering for the course, a user takes advantage of a preferential rate to which they are not entitled, the latter will not be permitted to attend the course until the situation has been rectified.
Cancellation
No fees will be charged if changes or cancellations are made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled course time. After this time, a 10% administration fee will be charged for rescheduling or cancelling. Requests for cancellations or rescheduling should be emailed to julie.foucault@daxel.ca.
Participants may be substituted until the date of course delivery at no extra charge.
If Daxel is forced to cancel a training session, the client will be offered to reschedule the course or receive a refund of the entire registration fee. Note that Daxel is not responsible for any other costs that may have been incurred (transportation, accommodation, etc.). Daxel shall inform participants as soon as possible of any change or cancellation.
Certification
As an educational institution accredited by Emploi-Québec (Certificate No. 0059484), Daxel complies with the Act to promote workforce skills development and recognition (Bill 90). Consequently, the services purchased from Daxel are eligible expenses under this law.
